A. Ray & Terry’s Supreme Shakes include stevia, a naturally sweet herb. They also include FOS (fructooligosaccharides), which when combined with stevia provides a sweet taste without bitterness. Both stevia and FOS are 100% natural. The cocoa in the chocolate shake contains no sugar or sugar substitutes. You can be sure that our shakes are completely sugar-free, and very low in net carbohydrates.
