Does the TDA have a role to play in increasing demand for PPD programmes?
Marketing and recruitment are ultimately the responsibility of individual PPD providers. Funded provision should, in any case, meet demand that has already been identified in the region in which it is offered. However, as part of the TDA’s work of providing guidance to schools and teachers, we are trying to increase awareness of the value and importance of CPD generally and ensuring full participation in PPD funded programmes.
