Does the Toro 221Q snow blower have a fuel shut off valve?
Here is the online manual for the Toro 221Q Power Clear Single-Stage Snowthrower (38583/38584). The actual user manual is here. However, it is in PDF form. I found no mention of a fuel shut off valve, and, in fact, in the operation section of the online manual, there is no mention of a fuel shut off valve in the topic of turning the machine off. I read through both manuals. Twice. No mention, whatsoever, of a fuel shut off valve. I am thoroughly convinced the machine does not have one.
