No. While the TSE can, in conjunction with MAC2USER.NLM, provide a NDS user name in audit logs, web status pages, etc. – it does not allow you to directly specify rates based on NDS objects, group membership, etc. Provided there is enough interest to justify further development of this functionallity, it is the next project on our list now that the TSE is is essentially “finished”.
