Does the tulip motif mean anything?
The symbolism of the tulip is commonly denoted as love. The yellow tulip is thought to recognize the sunshine of our smiles. In the Y-Hope Foundation logo the bud of the tulip is shown facing the Y to represent the light being shown upon the three programs of the Foundation and the connecting vine is the hope each volunteer gives to the lives of the people she touches. • Who does exactly Y-Hope serve? Women in need from age 16 on up. We do not limit ourselves to any specific race, ethnicity, citizenship, religion, socioeconomic group, or health status.
