Does the Voice Box 3 support calls to emergency services?
Yes, calls to emergency service numbers are available using the Voice Box 3. If your broadband goes down or there is a power outage, your Voice Box 3 will automatically revert to your PSTN landline service, which will support emergency service calls. As an Engin customer it is important you understand that you must notify us if you change your address, that way if you make an emergency services call, your correct address will be identified. Please note that emergency services calls are not supported on Engin VoIPer and Engin 1way services.
