Yes. All Sette frames come with a seatpost clamp. Does Sette recommend a particular seatpost length? Yes. Sette recommends a 400mm seatpost length. The Razzo has a lower standover height, so you should expect to have a greater seatpost exposure above the frame. Using a longer seatpost will allow enough length to remain within the frame for solid clamping and to lessen the strain on the seat tube area. Does this frame come with a replaceable derailleur hanger? Yes. All Sette frames come with a replaceable derailleur hanger. Can I use v-brakes on this frame?
