Does this initiative extend to areas licensed under the authority of a Temporary Extension of a Liquor Sales Licence?
Yes. The proposed additional areas under the temporary extension, however, would need to otherwise qualify for limited licensing, be approved by the AGCO through an Application for Washrooms, Hallways, Stairwells and Other Similar Areas (in conjunction with the temporary extension application) and may not include any ineligible areas such as roads, sidewalks or parking lots.
