We’re using iSync and Sync Services as our primary means of syncing. By default, that supports iSync-compatible mobile phones, Palm OS devices, or iPods. (For a list, see the question above.) You’ll need PocketMac or Missing Sync to sync with other devices, such as the Blackberry or PocketPC.
