No. As per the previous question, it will expand slightly to conform to the wound but not to fill a cavity or deep wounds. For deep wounds, it is recommended that you use Versiva® XC™ Gelling Foam Dressing as a secondary dressing in combination AQUACEL® / AQUACEL® Ag dressing.
