Weleda’s line of shampoos and conditioners is currently being reformulated. The previous line of shampoos and conditioners was proven safe and effective, and these products were among the most natural of all gently-foaming hair care available. Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), a naturally-based ingredient was, until recently, among the safest alternatives available. Preferable BDIH* approved cleansing and foaming agents have, however, recently been developed. As a result, Weleda has chosen to reformulate its line of shampoos and conditioners, which includes Chamomile Shampoo, Chamomile Conditioner, Rosemary Shampoo and Rosemary Conditioner. These products are currently unavailable, and it has not yet been determined when they will be re-launched. Rosemary Hair Oil, a famed Weleda product, will continue to be available.
