A Yes. Wynn Resorts offers two different management training programs. The TEAM Program (Training for Effective and Accountable Managers) is a unique nine month, career focused development program that, upon successful completion, offers permanent placement in a supervisory role. The Executive Program is designed to develop a very few select college and university graduates into new members of our senior leadership team. This eighteen month program combines a details-oriented approach to acquiring essential business knowledge with an intensive management curriculum designed and taught by our senior leadership. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be expected to fill a director level position.
