Individuals still have claim to their own individual artistic works under law – such as their poems or songs or articles that they posted on this site. All it really means is that Yahoo is claiming the right to redistribute any postings on Yahoo Answers to other websites. It does not mean Yahoo can sell the poems posted in the poetry section as their own creation.
