During construction will there be disruption to traffic, the surrounding area and regular events such as the Salamanca Markets?
Modern construction methods allow activity to be very much contained within the parameters of a building site, but a project of this size will inevitably cause some short term disruption during construction although the extent is not known at this stage. All efforts will be made to minimise disruption and there will be ongoing consultation with the relevant authorities, the Salamanca Markets Stallholders’ Association, and other neighbouring land owners and users of the area to ensure that their requirements are considered throughout the project.
