DynSite seems to be pulling my ISPs DNS address (not my public IP) from the routers status page and updating the service with that address. What I can do to fix it?

You have to configure addresses or address ranges to exclude in Setup > Connections tab > select your network card > click Configure… > Options tab. See Help > Contents… > Using DynSite > Using the Setup > Connections > Configuring a permanent connection for information about exclusions and supported syntaxes.
