Eating junk food when losing weight?
An occasional bit of junk food is okay if you keep your exercise up. If you’re trying to loose fat it’s not the best idea, but it’s not that bad if it’s occasional. If you’re eating only 2000 calories a day and have a pretty good exercise routine chances are, I’d think, you’ll be alright. But make sure nothing gets out of hand, ie. not exercising for a while/eating too much. I’d try drinking water a bunch to fill yourself up. Drink lots of water with meals so you won’t be tempted to go eat more.
