To edit an existing web page made with Cool Page, simply edit the Cool Page file for the web page (file has “thumbs up” icon). Typically you will find the recently edited files in the bottom of File menu. Else choose Open in File menu and locate the Cool Page file on your computer. Then Publish again to replace the page on the Internet If you get the error “Not a Cool Page file…”, this either means you are attempting Open a file which is not in Cool Page format. Or it means the Cool Page file is corrupted. Web pages in other formats can not be edited in Cool Page. Use Import in File menu to insert items in supported formats into your web page. Use Paste HTML to insert snippets of HTML. There is currently no way to import or insert a whole page of HTML into Cool Page format. For a corrupted Cool Page file case, revert to your backup copy (see info in this FAQ advising the use of backups). If you do not have a backup copy for a corrupted file, then you will have to recreate the page. S
