It is beyond our control if a distributor goes out of business, refuses to do business with you, or discontinues products. eGiftBaskets only creates websites and assumes no responsibility for any distributor’s/drop shipper(s) actions that may affect your business in anyway. If a supplier/drop shipper ceases to exist or refuses to do business with you, we will gladly help you obtain another supplier.
