Email messages tagged as spam are delivered straight to my Junk Mail folder. How do I stop this happening?
The addresses of mail automatically put in the Junk Mail folder is automatically added to a Block List. It is easy to drag messages to the Junk Mail folder by accident, causing future messages from that address to end up in the Junk Mail folder. To check this: • Open the GroupWise client. • From the ‘Tools’ menu choose ‘Junk Mail Handling’. • Click on the tab ‘Junk List’. • Read the list of addresses. If you see any legitimate addresses highlight them and click on ‘Delete’. • Click on ‘ok’.
