One of the following may be the reason • Downloaded file may be damaged Delete the files and download them again. • Your PC may be running too many application software Those applications may be using up the memory of your PC. Please close applications and restart your PC. • Not enough disk space Please delete unnecessary files and empty the trash. You may need a few times more disk space than the size of downloaded files.
