I’ve recently come across MK-293 and it’s been popping up more often in the forums I follow. I’m pretty serious about my training and nutrition, but I’m curious if anyone here has actually run a full cycle with it. What kind of gains (if any) are we talking about? Did you notice more vascularity, strength, endurance https://www.fmbrew.com/wp-content/pgs/mk_293.html? Or was it more of a slow burn kind of effect? Side effects also — anything out of the ordinary?
I’ve actually done an 8-week cycle of MK-293 earlier this year, so I can speak from personal experience. I went in cautiously, expecting minor improvements, but I ended up being pretty surprised. Strength gains were noticeable after the third week, especially in compound lifts like deadlifts and bench — I added about 25 lbs to each by the end. What really stood out though was the recovery; I was sleeping deeper, less DOMS, and my resting heart rate dropped a bit too. No bloating, which was a relief. Only downside for me was mild joint tightness in the mornings, but it faded when I upped my hydration and magnesium.
