Ans: User can enter in calibration mode by pressing ENT key at power on. Following is procedure for indicator sensor. On site only step 3,4,5 are valid. 1. Make offset trim pot to 00 mV (P3), pin7 of 324 (U22). 2. Short analog input & make output of first stage OPAM to 00 mV [at pin 6 of U18] OR adjust ADC count on LCD to 00 by zero trim pot (P1) 3. Now apply full range analog input [e.g. 20.20mV for R-Type] & adjust the display [1700C] for that vary span trim pot (P4) 4. Now apply in between analog input [e.g. 13.22mV for R-Type] & adjust the display [1200C] for which vary offset trim pot. ( P3) 5. Repeat 3 & 4 to get exact full scale & in between value.
