Fidelity Retirement Money Market Fund?

0

The Fidelity Retirement Money Market Fund is not an investment option in the AEP Retirement Savings Plan. This money market fund is used by Fidelity to hold the dividends on AEP stock until they are paid out each December to those participants who have elected to receive their dividends in cash. Dividends and interest remaining in the money market fund prior to the conversion will be paid to participants on May 26 (first quarter 2006) and on June 9 (second quarter 2006). After the conversion, JPMorgan will pay the AEP Stock Fund dividends quarterly to those participants who have elected to receive their dividends in cash.
