• You must fill out a standardized state application and come to the police department at 8 East Street to have it processed. You can get the application at the police department or on our forms page. You must then contact the police department to set up an appointment to have your fingerprints and photos taken. Appointments are conducted on Wednesdays only from 1:00-2:00 pm and from 7:00-8:00 pm.
