Yes, incompatibility of office exists if the applicant is both a technical college district board member and a technical college district employee. (Otradovec v. City of Green Bay, 118 Wis 2d 393, 347 N. W.2d 614 (Ct. App. 1984)). Therefore, a technical college district employee cannot serve as a member of a technical college district board.
