Answer HTG2130 and HTG2150 employ the R Type LCD bias, while HTG2160, HTG2190 and HTG21A0 employ C Type LCD bias. For the C type bias, an external capacitor is needed, yet it is much power saving. For the R type bias, no external capacitor is needed and suitable for low cost applications, but more power consuming. The LCD Pannels are the same for both types in applications.
