That’s pretty fast IMO. I would suggest running by time or distance, it might take a while for you to gauge the exact speed. Better slower than too fast where you have to stop. Try running for an hour. Start off really slow though (like maybe 4.5) a half hour in judge how you feel, if ok increase to 5 etc.
