Four Goals: What does “InterQual criteria met” mean in the Four Goals PowerForm?
This criteria is used by case management to determine if the patient’s physiologic status supports the level of care. For example, if the patient meets the criteria for being in an ICU or in the hospital. This information is important for getting reimbursement from the insurance companies. The Four Goals PowerForm is interdisciplinary, and case managers should be using this same PowerForm to document their plan of care.
