Fraudulent activity has occurred on my StarTrust Credit or Debit Card, what should I do?
If you find that there has been fraudulent activity on your StarTrust Credit or Debit Card, first, follow the steps in the previous Q&A to block your card and notify the credit union. You will then need to fill out the Affidavit – Fraudulent Use of ATM, Credit or Debit Card stating that there has been fraudulent activity on your card. You can download this Form from the Forms Section of our web site at www.startrustfcu.com or you may obtain a copy at our branch. Contact the credit union at 832.615.7000 or 800.241.5871 for further instructions.
