If you see your client frequently disconnecting and reconnecting, it is very likely that you have IEEE 802.1x authentication enabled on the client but not on the Access Point. To turn it off on the client, go to the Authentication tab in the properties for your wireless connection and uncheck IEEE 802.1 authentication.
