Here is a list of possible causes and solutions: 1. Are you sure that the head/sword/shield has been uploaded? Check with a server staff member. 2. Make sure you spelled the filename correctly. Also check the file-type (e.g: .gif / .png). 3. It might take some time for the Server to process your command, especially during peak hours. Wait for a while and it may show up.
