What does your pediatrician say? Have you expressed concerns there? I would discuss this with the pediatrician. Our son has autism- and many of the behaviors you describe sound like him- with the exception of 1: your son’s good behavior. At 2, our son had raging tantrums…overturning chairs, knocking objects down, etc. By the time he was 3 and with a lot of work, he stopped doing those things but from 13 months to 2.5 years, it was a very trying time. Now, it could just be the way her learns. Remember that a 2 year old is in the stage of “Parallel Play”. They play beside someone, not with them. For your child, socially, this is a normal developmental stage.
