It IS possible, though less common, to continue to have negative tests this long after a missed period. Are you taking them with your first morning urine? False negatives are more common if your urine is too diluted. I would test a few more times, maybe 3 days apart. If you get to 2 weeks late and still no positive or period, contact your doctor. You can have a blood test done, and they pretty much never turn up false negatives. Some women simply produce hCG (the hormone HPT’s test for) much slower, and VERY rarely their bodies never metabolize it into their urine (making a positive urine test impossible). So basically, yes, women have had negatives this long and still been pregnant. Some very rare ones never have a positive urine test. I wouldn’t get your hopes up TOO high, but good luck and lots of baby dust!
