Has President-elect Obama really got a Pres.elect logo and podium?

Yes, and there is absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever in this – it is a consequence of the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, public law 88-277. Oh, and to those who say he’s not President-elect until the Electoral College meets, the Presidential Transition Act does not agree with you: Section 3(c): “The terms “President-elect” and “Vice-President-elect” as used in this Act shall mean such persons as are the apparent successful candidates for the office of the President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained by the Administrator following the general elections held to determine the electors of the President and Vice-President in accordance with title 3, United States code, sections 1 and 2.” But then, whoever lets little things like facts and the law get in the way of a good rant!
