Yes, SVA Alumni Association Incorporated has made two offers to help with 22 acre SVA campus. We have offered to: • Renovate/repair the administrative building to bring it up to code provided we have legal assurance, in writing, that the conference would NOT sell campus. (Donors are not likely to want to invest in renovating a facility that would then be turned around and sold for more money since building would be renovated). This would include maintaining and keep up administrative building 2. We are asking for a long term lease on property for SVA to operate on present site after we repair and renovate admin building 3. We also offered to purchase 22 acre campus, 6 buildings, and same water rights that were offered to Dronet.
