A. The rubrics for prior NYSESLAT tests cannot be used in place of the rubrics developed for the 2005 NYSESLAT. To use the prior rubrics would be a misadministration of the test. Harcourts psychometric staff will equate the 2005 NYSESLAT to the prior NYSESLAT tests.
