This is a hard one since the flow definition aspects are still not clear to us. A few have done rough comparisons, e.g., See the study done at UC Santa Cruz by Mark Boolootian (booloo@cats.ucsc.edu) and Jim Warner: http://noc.ucsc.edu/mrtg/data/html/netflow-check.html, but this is mostly to make sure the netflow stats weren’t way off. We are unaware of any methodological testing or comparison.
