Use the “Heal Vassals” function in the hospital, select the knight you want to heal and voila! We all know medical care is expensive, though. It costs 10 gold per 1 point of healing. You can also heal all of your injured vassals at once by selecting Heal All. If this is greyed out, it means you don’t have enough gold.
