Hotel only prompts a Request Booking?
Simply, choose your preferred New York hotel and click on the ‘Fax Booking’ button. Print the fax booking form, fill-in with black ink pen in capitals, clearly writing the hotel name, number of adults and children, duration of stay and the room types (if known), and fax it to +44 (0)207 4309500. Once the confirmation has been received for the hotel room, Simply New York will proceed with charging your card as agreed in the original request. If we are unable to confirm the initial requested hotel accommodation, an alternative may be provided and an email notification will be sent to you along with the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours for your acceptance. When we are in receipt of your acceptance, we shall charge your card as agreed in the faxed booking form. In the unlikely event of you not receiving a reply from us within 48 hours, please re-submit your request or call us.
