How accurate are the weights?
The weights listed for the Quick-Lock Dumbbells are a nominal value. There will be some variability in the weight plate castings due to density changes in the cast iron as well as the machining process. The primary tolerance held in manufacturing for the weight plates is the thickness and shape so they will lock up correctly and safely on the handles. Most dumbbells will be within 3-4% of the stated weight.
