How are cold processed soaps different than molded or milled soaps?
Molded and milled soaps are processed using a high heat technique that breaks down the healing ingredients in vegetable and essential oils. Cold processed soaps use only the heat of the chemical reactions between the oils and the base. The natural glycerin is also preserved as an important moisturizing ingredient. All of our soaps are made with vegetable-based oils (canola, coconut, palm, olive or soy) and may be include natural nutrients (shea butter, goat’s milk, carrot root oil, Vitamin E and / or jojoba).
