How are document edits & revisions handled?
Our goal is that the first draft is the final draft and we encourage clients to communicate any issues that help us achieve this goal. Thayer Transcription will flag “problem areas” in a document allowing clients to make their own edits, which is fast and efficient. The client should communicate any issues of a quality control nature so we can take steps to minimize multiple edits. We also accept edits and revisions via fax or e-mail.
