The Easement Committee drafts a recommended Easement budget annually and this budget once approved by the Board of Trustees is presented to all members at the fall annual meeting. At this meeting, members will vote to approve or not approved the proposed budget. The budget once approved is used to determine the annual Easement dues required to support it.
