How are Exploratory Teams formed?
For each new challenge subscribers identify, a call for nominations goes out (via email, WERF’s website, WEF committees, AEESP, etc). Nominees are asked to indicate their preference by challenge. The Research Council considers the pool of nominees and makes recommendations to form a team for each challenge. These teams are composed of individuals who provide the range of perspectives, expertise, and experience essential to that challenge. The WERF Board of Directors makes the final appointments.
