How are guests added on check-in?
Guests can be easily added and checked in “on the fly”. The information that is required for a guest is: child’s name, grade, either a mother or father, phone number and any medical concerns. The system will accept anonymous phone numbers where all of the digits are the same (000-000-0000) if the parents prefer not to provide that information. Additional information such as birth date and cell phone can be entered, but is optional.
