How are joint accounts set up in Internet Banking?
You can view and access all your joint accounts through Internet Banking. If you do not see all the accounts you think you should, it may be that you are not joint on those accounts. It is not possible to block the access of joint account holders so that they cannot view accounts through Internet Banking. However, there are some limitations to the transactions you can perform on joint accounts in Internet Banking. You may not view member statements or tax information for accounts that you are joint on. You can only use these options for accounts that you are the primary account holder.
