7.5% on the first $2,500 of premium. 6.0% on the next $2,500 of premium. 5.0% on the next $5,000 of premium. 3.0% on all premium over $10,000. Commission checks and statements are issued at the end of every month. Negative commissions on return premiums are immediately due and payable to the FMMJUA.
