How are scheduling conflicts handled?
Only one owner can be scheduled for any given day or block of time. A fair and equitable set of rules for allotment of the available times will be set forth at the time of acquisition. Owners are encouraged to schedule as early as possible to avoid any last minute disappointments. For yachts and RV’s during times of peak demand such as certain peak seasons and holidays owners will be limited to use of the vehicle in proportion to the amount of shares which they own. In other words, an owner with a quarter share would only be permitted to reserve the yacht during a quarter of the available peak demand times. Additionally, holidays or other high demand times will be rotated among the owners from year to year so as to give all owners equal access to these dates, if desired by the owners.
