How are tests and exams conducted?
It is compulsory for all students to write all the unit tests and exams. The average scores obtained in each subject of the unit tests and all the examinations (typically 3) will be used to compute the final grade. Unit test notebooks and answer papers of all the exams are returned to students after being scored by the teachers. These should be duly signed by the parents to confirm receipt. Parents should pay close attention to the progress reports that are issued regularly after each unit test and examination. These should be duly signed as well to confirm receipt. Students may be sent back home for failure in getting the report promptly. It is highly recommended that the parents address any concerns based on the student’s progress using the parent-teacher conference.
