How are the discs delivered & returned?
We deliver your choice of DVDs to your home by First Class postage. The DVDs are sent in slim, letterbox-friendly envelopes, so that they come directly to your home with no need for tiresome trips to the Post Office or rental stores. Dependent on your rental package your discs are delivered and returned in batches of 2 or 3 per envelope. For example, on the 4 disc unlimited package, you will receive 2 batches of 2 discs and you should return 2 discs per envelope, except when you have a priority New Release disc, which we ask you to return as soon as possible for the benefit of other Members, and may be returned individually. You’ll find all the information you need about discs sent and returned by logging into your account, but we also send email updates of dispatches and returned discs if you wish. You are responsible for managing your account and, in the event that any discs go missing in the post either inbound or outbound, we simply ask you to notify us within 30 days of posting an
